I worked to understand EnvelopiQ's business methods and how integrating UX methods, research and artifacts could lead to more effective business practices
I was able to learn how EnvelopiQ works as a business, giving me insight into a new industry and what it means to run a business. I was fortunate enough to be able to speak with all aspects of the business, sales team, project managers, the president, and clients, which gave me insight into how to best integrate UX methods.
